And the ·street [main street; square] of the city was made of pure gold as clear as glass.

22 I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God ·Almighty [All-powerful] and the Lamb are the city’s temple [C a temple representing the presence of God is not needed because God’s presence is throughout the city].
